Booking Policy

1. Reservation & Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment (usually 30–50% of the total stay amount) and a confirmation email has been sent to the guest. Until then, the room(s) remain available for other enquiries.

2. Advance Payment

An advance of 30% of the total booking amount is required to secure your reservation. For peak season dates (October – November and March – May), the advance may be up to 50%. The balance is payable at check‑in.

3. Check‑in & Check‑out

• Check‑in time: 12:00 PM IST
• Check‑out time: 11:00 AM IST

Early check‑in or late check‑out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Please request this in advance.

4. Identification

All guests are required to present a valid government‑issued photo ID (Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) at the time of check‑in. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.

5. Child & Extra Bed Policy

• Children below 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
• Children between 5 and 12 years are charged ₹500 per night for an extra bed.
• Guests above 12 years are considered adults, and an extra adult bed costs ₹800 per night (including breakfast).

Maximum one extra bed per room. Cribs for infants are available upon request at no additional cost.

6. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment modes:

• Cash (INR only)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)
• Bank Transfer (NEFT / IMPS)
• Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay) – subject to a small convenience fee

7. Damages & Liability

Guests will be held responsible for any damage to resort property caused by them during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest’s account.

8. Pets

Well‑behaved pets are welcome in designated rooms with prior intimation. A refundable cleaning deposit may be required. Please inform us while booking if you plan to bring a pet.

9. Quiet Hours

To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Loud music or parties in rooms are not permitted.
